2.1 Product dimensions

2.2 Product parameters

2.2.2 The column lifting rod shall be made of 45 # steel, with a length of ≥ 1400mm and a diameter of ≥ 30mm.

2.2.3 The outer pipe of the column shall be made of 45 # seamless steel pipe, with a length of ≥ 1360mm, an outer diameter of ≥ 42mm, and a wall thickness of ≥ 3.2mm.

The parallel bars are composed of nylon elastic bars (2), columns (4), bases, and fastening screws (several).

The parallel bars are equipped with nylon elastic bars, with a 25 # spring steel inside. The cut surface is elliptical, with a length diameter of 50 ± 2mm and a section diameter of 40 ± 2mm. The bar length is 3500 ± 10mm, and the distance between the inner sides of the two bars is 390 ± 10mm. The longitudinal vertical axis center distance is 2300 ± 10mm, and the distance between the inner sides of the same side vertical axis is 480mm-630mm. The lifting distance is 50mm. The static load of the vertical downward bar surface is 1350N, without cracking or folding; After removing the external force, the residual deformation is ≤ 3mm, the deflection difference between the two bars is ≤ 2, the load on the bar surface is not 3500N, the bar surface is not cracked or folded, the bar surface is ≤ 8, the base is made of 10 * 5 * 5mm channel steel, and the diameter of the middle connecting pipe between the two ends of the column and the casting is greater than 40mm.
