Processing and assembly technology

 

(1) Preparation before homework

1. Homework materials: including general assembly drawings, component assembly drawings, part drawings, material BOM tables, etc., until the end of the project, it is necessary to ensure the integrity and tidiness of the drawings and the completeness of process information records.

2. Workplace: The placement of parts and assembly of components must be carried out within the designated workplace. The site for the placement and assembly of the entire machine must be clearly planned until the end of the entire project. All workplaces must be kept neat, standardized, and orderly.

3. Assembly materials: Before the operation, the assembly materials must be in place on time according to the assembly process regulations. If some non decisive materials are not in place, the operation sequence can be changed, and then a material reminder form can be filled out and submitted to the procurement department.

4. Before assembly, it is necessary to understand the structure, assembly technology, and process requirements of the equipment.

 

(2) Basic specifications

1. Mechanical assembly should be strictly carried out in accordance with the assembly drawings and process requirements provided by the design department. It is strictly prohibited to modify the work content or change parts in abnormal ways without authorization.

2. The assembled parts must be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department. If any unqualified parts are found to be missed during the assembly process, they should be reported in a timely manner.

3. The assembly environment should be clean and free of dust or other pollution. Parts should be stored in a dry, dust-free, and protected area.

4. During the assembly process, the parts must not be bumped or cut, and the surface of the parts must not be damaged, or significantly bent, twisted, or deformed. The fitting surface of the parts must not be damaged.

5. Lubricating oil (grease) should be added between the contact surfaces of parts in relative motion during assembly.

6. The matching dimensions of the matching parts should be accurate.

7. During assembly, parts and tools should have dedicated placement facilities. In principle, parts and tools are not allowed to be placed on the machine or directly on the ground. If necessary, protective mats or carpets should be laid at the placement location.

8. In principle, it is not allowed to step on machinery during assembly. If step on work is required, protective pads or carpets must be laid on the machinery. It is strictly prohibited to step on important components and non-metallic parts with low strength.
